Idea
The idea is the cornerstone of all innovations. We help to turn your idea into reality in close exchange, considering technological and economic criteria. The joint specification of all requirements, regarding product and application, as well as the target market and regulatory approval is the basis for the precise planning in order to achieve a market-ready product as quickly as possible.
Development
Our development team, with many years of know-how in research and development of innovative endoscopy products, meets every challenge. Using modern CAD software and carefully selecting suitable materials and manufacturing technologies from our network of highly qualified suppliers, we master every requirement.
Prototyping
In order to hold the first prototype in our hands particularly quickly, asap endoscopic products GmbH uses the most modern rapid prototyping processes. Thanks to specially selected suppliers with many years of experience and our modern production facility, we can are able to produce prototypes long before the actual market launch. This gives you the opportunity to optimise the function and design of the product together with us right from the start.
Verification and validation
asap endoscopic products ensures the verification and validation of the functional prototypes by means of comprehensive, realistic tests. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we have established a 100% inspection during production within our production processes. Corresponding reprocessing and biocompatibility validation are carried out by an external certified laboratory selected by us.
Approval/ Patenting
Through our quality management, we guarantee safety throughout the entire process of project and order handling. In addition to the documentation of all relevant product-related processes and developments, we guarantee the comprehensive traceability of our products and their material components. We take responsibility for obtaining, creating and checking the necessary verification documents from our suppliers. We are happy to support you with regulatory requirements for the registration of your new product.

Series production
Upon release of your prototype, it will be integrated into our series production. In addition to high quality standards, our technical expertise is constantly evolving. In this way, we can assure you of the production of high-quality products. We achieve our high standards through quality controls of all products and suppliers as well as continuous training of our employees who manufacture your product individually.
